Your Own Private Party

Sure, other people’s kids are great. But when you throw a party you don’t want uninvited guests showing up. That’s why FireZone is firmly committed to privacy for all of our party packages. When you enter one our firehouse or our party room, it’s just you and your guests. Not only is this more exciting, it also ensures guest safety.

Feel free to check out any of our competitors. Chances are their parties will include other children. And that’s not a party, that’s open playtime. But if you’re looking for a fun and completely private place to party, give us a call at FireZone.

Customized to Your Requirements

Every kid is different so every party should be different. When you arrange your party with a FireZone staffer, you’ll go through a customization list to create just the experience you want -- pizza, goodie bags, cake, the choice is yours. They’ll also help you pick just the kind of party you want, depending on size, day of the week and extras. Even if you don’t have a birthday to celebrate, we can do that too -- school field trips, fundraisers, and day care facility field trips. How do you want to party? You name it, and the answer is, yes, we can do that.

A Safe Place to Have Fun

At the FireZone, your child’s safety is a primary concern and a responsibility we take very seriously. The FireZone recognizes the importance of safe play and takes great pride in both our safety program and our safety record.

  • Safety rules and enforcement – we have taken a rigorous and systematic approach to identifying safe practices in every area of our facility. Rules are explained to all guests prior to every event, and trained staff members are present at all times to ensure that rules are followed.

  • Facility design and construction – FireZone integrates safety into each and every developmental step taken both before and after a facility opens. We start with a team of highly trained space plan designers who consider each building space individually and then go about designing that space to meet our strict specifications, from the layout of the rooms to the location of the hand sanitizers.

Trained Staff

To make sure you and your guests have the times of your lives, each and every staff member is trained in service, safety and hospitality.

Having an employee standing around watching your child play is good, but when it comes to your child’s safety good isn’t good enough. Every independent FireZone franchise owner attends over 56 hours of safety training, led by certified members of our corporate training team before you or your child even step in the front door. We know you trust us with your family’s safety and we want to honor that trust each and every time you visit a FireZone.

Aside from their safety functionality, our dedicated staff members are committed to you and your guests having the time of your lives. They’ll start helping you on your first call to set up exactly the kind of party you want. After greeting you at the door, they’ll make sure every kid is playing safe and having a great time. And finally they’ll make sure your private party room is all set up and waiting for a bunch of hungry kids. In other words, they take care of all the details, freeing you up to have a whole lot of fun.
